Job summary

WIS Inventory Supervisor Travel Team is responsible for leading and training our Inventory Associates, supervising events, and ensuring exceptional service across customer locations. The role requires travel weekly with the team and strong focus on safety, engagement, and operational excellence.

The candidate should be 21+, possess a high school diploma, and have multiple years of driving experience and a valid license. Flexible scheduling and per diem meals accompany travel opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time-management.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months.
• A minimum of three years proven driving experience.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening and MVR check in accordance with company standards.
• Familiarity with GPS devices and how to navigate to assigned locations.
• Availability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments, including very early mornings and/or late nights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Inventory Associates and supervise Inventory Events.
• Resolve event concerns in support of Area/District Manager and drive operational excellence.
• Maximize employee productivity and grow the team through engagement.
• Direct employees with daily tasks and interact with customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Travel weekly with the team to customer locations across the region.
