Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under supervision.
• Excellent communication with store teams and management.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work in warehouse/retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventories at store locations to verify inventory balances.
• Use handheld scanner to count merchandise accurately.
• Follow audit procedures to ensure compliance with FirstCash policies.
• Assess potential risks and quality concerns during store audits.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to review and communicate audit results.
• Work independently while maintaining high organization and attention to detail.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety policies.
• Travel regularly and participate in full-team audits when necessary.
