Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Seattle, Washington. The role supports the IR team with diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.

The position requires a current license, appropriate certifications, and 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience, preferably in critical care, with a 13-week duration and 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials are required.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department through technical assistance to the IR team.
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images per physician specifications.
• Assist the physician with various diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitoring and passing instruments, maintaining sterile field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
