Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for an assignment in Everett, WA. The IR Tech will perform patient prep, scrubbing, monitoring, and radiation safety across diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Requirements include ARRT (R), BLS/ACLS, and state licensing as applicable. A vascular interventional certificate is preferred. This travel role covers 40 hours/week over 13 weeks with a tax-free stipend possibly available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant IR tech experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) certification; state licensing as required.
• Vascular Interventional certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain procedures to patients.
• Assist in scrubbing all diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient during all procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and protect patient and staff.
• Operate IV and dye injector pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient records and PACS usage.
