Schedule & Call Requirements

• 10-hour day shifts
• Weekend call required: 1 full weekend per month
• On-call required: Approximately 7–10 days per month
• STEMI call team must respond within 30 minutes of activation
• 2-hour call-back guaranteed
• Block scheduling not available

Unit Details

• Caseload: 8–12 patients per day
• No floating between like units

Important Facility Requirement

AHC maintains a strict no-tobacco/nicotine policy. Candidates who use any nicotine products (including cigarettes, vapes, puffs, nicotine gum, patches, etc.) should not be submitted. Nicotine and cotinine testing is part of the drug screen, and travelers who fail will be automatically canceled.
