Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Evanston, Illinois. The position requires 40 hours per week, with day shifts that include a mix of 8- and 10-hour days and on-call requirements.

Responsibilities include scrubbing with IR physicians for complex procedures and supporting thrombectomy, pulmonary embolism, UFE, and Y-90 cases. Illinois IEMA license, ARRT certification, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience.
• Previous travel experience required.
• Neuro IR experience preferred.
• Current Illinois IEMA license required.
• Current ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification through AHA (American Heart Association) or ARC (American Red Cross) required.

Job Details

• Location: Evanston, IL
• 13-week contract
• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Day shift with a combination of 8- and 10-hour shifts
• No regularly scheduled weekends unless on call
• Up to 9 call days per month
• One on-call weekend (Friday–Sunday) per 4-week schedule
• Additional third-man weekend day included within the 9 monthly call days
• 30-minute callback requirement for Neuro cases
• 45-minute callback requirement for IR Body cases
• Must be able to scrub with Interventional Radiology physicians for complex IR procedures
• Procedures include thrombectomies, pulmonary embolism cases, UFE, and Y-90

Job Requirements
