Responsibilities

• Operate Siemens fluoroscopy and document in Cerner.
• Follow infection control, PPE protocols, and isolation precautions.
• On-call duties Monday–Friday 4 PM-9 PM and weekends as assigned

Details

• Interventional Radiology unit within a community hospital setting
• 5x8 hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with 4x10 hour shifts also possible
• On-call required Monday-Friday 4 PM-9 PM and Saturday/Sunday 9 AM-2 PM, rotating among 4 technologists
• Uses Siemens fluoroscopy equipment
• Charting is done in Cerner

Requirements

• Orientation occurs every Monday
• No RTO permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment, with a maximum of 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
• Local candidates within 60 miles accepted at a lower rate
• Previous MedStar employees must have a minimum one-year separation before returning as a traveler
