Overview
Focus Staff is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Tucson, Arizona (start 04/06/2026). This is a travel position, requiring 40 hours weekly, 10‑hour days.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Develop and maintain proficiency with clinical systems such as McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak
- Monitor equipment performance to specification
- Assist supervisor in maintaining supplies for patient care
- Ensure exam information is captured at the time of the exam
- Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence
Qualifications / Requirements
- Proven experience as an Interventional Radiographer
- Independent decision‑making skills
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, families
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees
- Capable of maintaining regular attendance
- Meet all local health regulations and successfully complete a post‑offer health assessment
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, hearing and responding to pages; reading and writing; communicating verbally and in writing; staying calm under stress; distinguishing smells, tastes, temperatures
- At least 2 years of work experience

- 13‑week travel assignment
- 10‑hour shifts, 40 hrs/week
