FirstChoice Travel Health Care Professionals seeks an experienced IR Technologist to support Interventional Radiology procedures, including a range of angiographic techniques, in a travel capacity. You will operate fluoroscopy equipment, position patients, and coordinate with physicians to ensure safety and diagnostic quality.

The role requires on-site Florida licensure, BLS, and flexibility to travel to suitable facilities; start ASAP with a 13-week commitment and a 5x8 day schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Radiology program.
• Florida Licensed Radiologic Technologist (ARRT).
• BLS certification required.
• Respond on-site within 30 minutes when on-call.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates knowledge of radiographic imaging equipment and table positioning for safe patient care.
• Acquire images and send to PACS.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Transport patients within the hospital.
• Assist with patient transfer to/from procedure table.
• Coordinate with physician operator for patient safety.
• Administer contrast media under physician direction.
• Review history, labs, and prior imaging to plan procedures.
