Job summary

Wellspring Nurse Source seeks a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Dothan, Alabama. The role supports vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and neuro-endovascular procedures with 40 hours per week and day shift coverage.

Responsibilities include scrub/monitor work, x-ray guidance, and patient care for adults and geriatrics, with required ARRT VI and RCIS certifications, BLS/ACLS, and prior IR experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA-recognized radiologic technology program or RCIS credential.
• ARRT (VI) certification is required.
• BLS and ACLS certification are required.
• Experience with vascular surgery, interventional radiology, and neuro-endovascular cases.

Responsibilities

• Function as scrub, monitor, and fluoroscopy technologist in single- and biplane environments.
• Assist with sheath insertion, groin sealant, and stabilization for vascular and neuro-endovascular procedures.
• Operate equipment in interventional radiology and neuro-interventional suites.
• Care for adult and geriatric patients while following radiation safety policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and the procedural team.
