Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Portsmouth, NH. You will support IR procedures, operate imaging systems, and collaborate with physicians to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

The role requires IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES certification, and BLS, with travel benefits and a strong clinical support team.

Qualifications

• One year of recent Interventional Radiology Technologist experience.
• Current ARRT or RCIS/RCES certification per state rules.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) is required.

Responsibilities

• Position patients and equipment for IR procedures with patient safety in mind.
• Operate fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound to guide procedures.
• Scrub in, pass instruments, and maintain sterile field as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and document procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure radiation safety for patients, staff, and self.
• Troubleshoot imaging equipment and restock supplies for procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the team to deliver care.
