Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Johnstown, PA. You will join a dedicated clinical team to support IR procedures, ensuring patient safety and high-quality imaging care across vascular and non-vascular cases.

The role requires 1 year of IR tech experience, ARRT/RCIS/RCES, and BLS certification, with preferred ACLS and licensure where applicable. Travel assignments include comprehensive benefits and 40-hour weeks.

Formación

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound, to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure proper radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self.
• Maintain imaging equipment readiness and troubleshoot as needed.
• Manage procedural supplies and restock as required.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and team members for seamless patient care.
