Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment in Los Angeles, California. This position offers a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, 10-hour day shifts, and travel support through a dedicated staffing agency.

The role requires a current license and appropriate certifications, with 18 months of interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• 18 months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications.
• Assists the physician with various diagnostic and interventional procedures, monitoring, passing instruments and catheters, observing patient response.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Delivers quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain patient records accurately and legibly.
