MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic and interventional imaging, assisting physicians, and ensuring patient care quality in a fast-paced IR department.

Requires license in good standing; 18 months IR experience preferred; travel-friendly candidate with clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specs.
• Assists the physician with procedures, monitors patient, passes instruments, maintains sterile field.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Delivers quality, cost effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly.
