Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in Schofield, WI. This IR tech role offers 40 hours per week, nights shift, and the chance to work with a dedicated clinical team.

You'll prepare patients, operate fluoroscopy and imaging equipment, assist physicians, monitor vital signs, and ensure safety. Start Date: 09/21/2026. Travel position with competitive benefits and support from a clinical team.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Valid ARRT, or RCIS/RCES Certification in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• ACLS certification (preferred).
• Radiologic Technologist license (preferred).
• PALS or ENPC certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy, CT, and ultrasound, to guide procedures.
• Assist physicians by scrubbing in for sterile procedures, passing instruments, and maintaining a sterile field.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and procedural details.
• Administer contrast media and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Ensure proper radiation safety measures for patients, staff, and self.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other team members to provide seamless patient care.
