Job summary

Slate Healthcare is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a Richmond, Virginia assignment. You will perform imaging procedures such as biopsies and angiograms, and assist in patient care to ensure safety and comfort.

You will work with radiologists and nurses, prepare and maintain imaging equipment, and gain hands-on experience in interventional radiology. The 13-week travel role offers 36 hours per week and a 4x10 day shift schedule within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the field.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• EMR system experience with Meditech.

Responsibilities

• Perform imaging procedures including biopsies and angiograms.
• Assist in patient care during procedures and ensure safety and comfort.
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment for procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and nurses to deliver quality care.
