Job summary

General Healthcare Resources, Inc. seeks a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist to join a hospital-based imaging team in Dothan, Alabama. ARRT and BLS certifications are required, with 2+ years IR tech experience in a fast-paced procedural setting.

You will prepare patients, equipment, and rooms, support imaging guidance, and ensure safety and infection-control standards. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with on-call coverage; 13-week travel assignment with competitive

Current ARRT certification required.
BLS certification required.
2+ years of Interventional Radiology Technologist experience required.
Proficiency in all interventional radiology procedures required.
Ability to work independently in a hospital-based procedural environment.
Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures in a hospital setting.
Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms for safe and efficient workflow.
Support imaging guidance and procedural teamwork throughout the care process.
Maintain adherence to safety, quality, and infection-control standards.
Provide on-call coverage as scheduled and respond promptly when assigned.
