Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist in Wichita, Kansas for a 13-week assignment. The role requires 40 hours per week, with 10-hour daytime shifts, and performance of diagnostic and interventional imaging under IR team supervision.

Qualifications include an active license in good standing and 18 months of special procedures/interventional experience; critical care setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred
• Experience in critical care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to the IR team and patient care in the Interventional Radiology Department
• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures per physician orders
• Operate conventional, fluoroscopic, or radiology equipment to obtain designated images
• Assist physicians by passing instruments, monitoring patient response, and maintaining sterile technique
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
