Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Charleston, South Carolina. This travel role requires current licensure, appropriate certifications, and at least 18 months of special procedures/interventional experience; 40 hours/week, days shift.

You will support IR team with diagnostic/interventional imaging, maintain sterile field, and comply with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current license in good standing
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
• Eighteen months of Special Procedures/Interventional experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures in a clinical setting.
• Operates conventional, fluoroscopic or radiology equipment to obtain images according to physician specifications.
• Assists the physician with diagnostic and interventional procedures, including monitoring, passing instruments, observing patient response, maintaining sterile field, and evaluating diagnostic data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain patient records accurately and legibly.
