Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Travel Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week assignment in East Stroudsburg, PA. The role features 40 hours per week, 8‑hour day shifts, with on-call coverage beyond regular hours.

Requirements include 2+ years of IR experience, ARRT R, BLS, and Epic experience. Ideally ACLS and ARRT VI, and licensure as applicable. On-site in a Level III trauma center; local candidates within 50 miles at local rate may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IR experience.
• BLS and ARRT R certification required.
• ACLS and ARRT VI certification preferred.
• Epic experience required.
• License required if applicable.
• Experience with vascular closure systems, embolization, angioplasty, stent placement, and various angiography procedures.
• Experience with venous access, central venous lines, and PICC line care and maintenance.
• Teaching hospital and community hospital experience preferred.
• Trauma Level II experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform IR procedures including angioplasty, embolization, and biopsy.
• Maintain sterile field and monitor patient during procedures.
• Setup room, equipment, and stock supplies.
• Use fluoroscopy, PACS systems, ultrasound, and imaging equipment.
• Assist with open or endovascular cases as needed.
