Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks an Interventional Radiology RN for a travel assignment in Sierra Vista, Arizona. This role is a 13-week engagement with 40 hours per week, dayshift, 8-hour blocks.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN license, have an accredited nursing degree, and 18 months of IR experience, plus BLS certification. Travel and housing accommodations are provided by the agency.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of IR nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures and provide education to patients and families.
• Insert and remove IV lines and monitor vital signs during procedures.
• Administer medications including moderate sedation.
• Ensure safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures.
• Provide post-procedure monitoring.
