Job summary

TotalMed RN in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a Radiology RN for an immediate travel nurse opening. This 13-week assignment requires 1-2 years of acute care experience and covers 10-hour day shifts. You will work within a diagnostic radiology environment, supporting physicians and technologists.

As a Radiology Travel Nurse, expect to perform IVs, monitor patients, and assist with procedures, while ensuring safety and patient comfort throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Active ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications required.
• 2 years of recent acute care experience required.

Responsibilities

• Start peripheral IVs and access infusaports.
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications.
• Perform specialized nursing duties, such as IV sedation or analgesia.
• Inform technologist or radiologist of unusual patient needs.
• Assist radiology team according to physician instructions.
• Help patients with personal needs and handle patient safety during procedures.
