Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for an Interventional Radiology travel assignment in Plymouth, MA. Start 11/02/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay is $2,822–$2,956, with 72 guaranteed hours biweekly.

Shift is 10 hours, four days per week in acute care imaging/interventional radiology services. Responsibilities include direct patient care in IR, monitoring during procedures, medication administration, EMR documentation, and team collaboration to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license required.
• BLS certification currently active; ACLS required.
• Minimum 2 years IR nursing experience.
• Telemetry competency exam and ongoing telemetry monitoring competency required.
• Oncology knowledge and charge nurse experience preferred.
• Onboarding tests ECG/telemetry and medications with 85% passing score (one attempt).
• Weekend coverage for stress testing; not on-call.
• No local candidates: must reside >50 miles from Plymouth, MA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the interventional radiology suite per physician orders.
• Monitor patient status, telemetry, vital signs; assist with setup and sterile technique.
• Administer medications and contrast agents; observe for adverse reactions.
• Document care in the EMR and communicate timely notes.
• Collaborate with radiology, anesthesia, and nursing teams for safety and efficient workflow.
• Support post-procedure recovery and discharge planning, including patient education.
