Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Current New Mexico physical therapist licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) per American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical, cognitive, and age‑specific evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and related clinical information.
• Coordinate discharge planning; provide patient and family education.
• Support student and volunteer programs; participate in department operations and interdisciplinary meetings.
