Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an inpatient assignment in Mesa, Arizona. The position offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and a 13-week duration, with travel housing support and competitive pay.

The incumbent will evaluate and treat patients, develop rehab plans, document per guidelines, and collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Possess a current Physical Therapy license within the state of practice.
• Hold BLS certification.
• Preferred qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy treatment and document according to professional guidelines.
• Communicate pertinent information to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
