Responsible for evaluating patients functional abilities, developing individualized treatment plans, administering skilled therapy, and monitoring patient progress. The role collaborates with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams while supporting safe, effective, and age-appropriate patient care.

Job Details

• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)-accredited physical therapy program or equivalent; current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional related education and/or experience.
• Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Assignment Dates: 11/23/202602/20/2027.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include patient evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy implementation, clinical documentation, discharge planning, patient and caregiver education, interdisciplinary communication, supervision and delegation as appropriate, and participation in departmental process improvement. Weekend rotation is required, including approximately 23 Saturdays during the assignment.
