The position of Inpatient Physical Therapist is based in a rehabilitative unit located in Cypress, Texas. This role involves providing patient-centered therapy to individuals with various rehabilitation needs, ensuring quality care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The therapist will work on a 12-hour day shift, supporting the recovery and functional improvement of diverse patient populations.

Job Details:

• Location: Cypress, TX
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Start Date: 09/07/2026
• Required Qualifications: Texas license, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, at least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience, relevant education or certification in Physical Therapy
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic medical record system, flexibility to float to other rehab sites if census is low, passion for rehab and treating patients with various levels of needs
• Additional Information:
  • Unit provides skilled therapy services with a patient caseload of 4-6 patients
  • Typical procedures include skilled therapy interventions
  • Must adhere to unit dress code, with navy scrubs or similar attire
  • Flexibility required for rotating weekends and on-call shifts

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
