Adventist Health System - Ukiah valley is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong inpatient pharmacy background with EPIC experience. The role involves a variable, predominantly night-time schedule with a rotating 4x10 shift.

The position starts 10/26/2026 and runs through 01/25/2027 for a 13-week assignment. Coverage during holidays, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, is required.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in the practice state required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy required.
• PharmD degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee inpatient pharmacy operations.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services, ensuring safe medication use.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Prepare and dispense medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Mentor pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Provide coverage during holiday shifts, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
