Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Prefer 2 years experience in a hospital setting.
• Pharmacist licensure in state applying or eligibility for licensure via examination or reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily pharmaceutical care for hospital patients in compliance with federal/state regulations and professional standards.
• Participate in drug distribution functions including order entry, verification, and IV admixture where applicable.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize therapeutic outcomes and document interventions.
