Job summary
Ogden Regional Medical Center in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Travel Pharmacist to join the inpatient team for a 13-week assignment.
The role spans NICU, ICU, OR, ED and inpatient rehab services, with a 7-on/7-off schedule and a 12:30 PM–11:00 PM shift at 5475 S 500 E, Ogden. You will work with a five-pharmacist team and provide drug information, consult services and intervention management.
Qualifications
- Must have technician management experience.
- Proficiency with Pyxis and CIISafe.
- Familiarity with VigiLanz.
Responsibilities
- Support 24/7 pharmacy staffing.
- Clinical activities include consult services (warfarin, vancomycin, TPN, insulin).
- Interventions and drug information for inpatient care.
