Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Infusion for Beckley, WV. The position involves oncology-focused infusion care, administering chemotherapy and supportive treatments, and caring for a daily caseload. Expect a 13-week travel assignment with a day shift.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years RN experience, WV or compact-state licensure, and BLS with ONC preferred. Responsibilities include Cerner documentation and interprofessional collaboration to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of RN experience, preferably in oncology or infusion nursing.
Current RN license in West Virginia or a compact state; pending licenses accepted.
BLS certification; Oncology Nurse Certification (ONC) preferred.
Experience with CBCT, kV/mV imaging, and external beam therapy techniques.

Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments in an infusion center setting.
Monitor and assess patient responses to treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management.
Perform nursing assessments and documentation using Cerner.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
