Job summary

Intrafusion by McKesson seeks a Travel Registered Nurse Lead to join the Clinical Services leadership team. This role oversees infusion suites across travel assignments, onboarding, orientation and precepting new hires, and direct patient care consistent with RN Senior scope.

The RN Lead will mentor infusion staff, ensure compliance with national and company standards, and support site operations, audits, and policy reviews while traveling 100% and living within 60 miles of a major US airport.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, including at least one year in infusion therapy preferred.
• One year of supervisory or nursing leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care adhering to national and company standards for infusion therapy.
• Lead infusion suite staff and onboarding of new hires.
• Assist in start-up and wind-down activities for sites.
• Support site audits and policy revisions as needed.
• Travel 100% to sites and manage travel and lodging logistics.
