Job summary

Druid City Infusion is seeking an Registered Nurse to serve as a clinical resource for infusion therapies in patients' homes and clinics across Colorado. You may deliver direct patient care, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate infusion therapy in collaboration with the pharmacist, with supervision by the Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities include travel to CO counties, patient education, phlebotomy, documentation in EHR, and participation in quality improvement while ensuring high safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with either ASN or BSN.
• Current BLS certification.
• Healthcare experience, infusion therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel across multiple CO counties to administer IV therapies at home.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Perform phlebotomy for lab testing.
• Document assessments and outcomes in EHR.
• Educate patients and families on infusion therapies and self-care.
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Provide crisis response using sound clinical judgment.
