Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking a Travel RN for the IMCU/Stepdown unit in Thomasville, GA. The assignment is 13 weeks with 48 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts, with options for 3x12 or 4x12 night shifts. Travel experience and current BLS/ACLS are required.

Responsibilities include managing stepdown patients, titrating critical drips, starting IVs, and collecting labs. Candidate must have GA RN license, be ready with documents, and expect paid taxes and per diem reimbursements.

Qualifications

• GA or compact RN license active and in good standing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum of one year in critical care/ICU settings.
• Ability to titrate drips, start IVs, and collect lab samples.
• Two professional references required for consideration.
• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for IMCU/Stepdown patients in a hospital setting.
• Manage intermediate care with task-specific drips and titration.
• Rotate to night shifts; 3x12 or 4x12 schedules may apply.
• Occasional weekends/holidays; 13-week assignment with possible extension.
• Ensure documentation and labs are completed per protocol.
• Travel and licensure reimbursements provided; scrub color policy.
