Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Duncan, Oklahoma. The role requires a current RN license, BLS and ACLS, and 18 months ICU experience. Shifts are 12 hours, days, with 36 hours per week and travel employment.

The nurse will provide direct patient care, manage life-support equipment, document care, and support families while adhering to facility protocols. Benefits include weekly pay and housing options.

Qualifications

• Active RN License required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and family education and support.
• Monitor life support equipment such as ventilators and feeding tubes.
• Observe vital signs for signs of distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures to control changes in condition.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
