Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for ICU—Intensive Care Unit in Dickinson, North Dakota. This travel assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, featuring 12-hour night shifts.

Active RN license, accredited nursing degree, and BLS/ACLS are required, plus 18 months ICU experience. Travel benefits include housing options, weekly pay, credentialing fee coverage, and comprehensive health insurance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent ICU experience.
• Other client-specific requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and family education.
• Ensure life support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes) functions properly.
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration.
• Administer medications and IVs; insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for prompt patient condition changes.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
