Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU RN for a 14-week travel assignment in Milwaukee, WI. The role requires one year of ICU RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

You will administer advanced treatments, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-acuity ICU setting. The position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per ICU protocols.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Record assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
