TotalMed RN is seeking an ICU travel nurse for a Sugar Land, TX assignment. Start date 09/28/2026, duration 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights. Travel employment with ACLS/BLS and 2 years acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities include evaluating ICU patients, providing direct care, documenting plans, and educating families. Possible exposure to hazards and need for physical stamina to stand, lift, and move patients.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• 2 years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patients in an ICU setting.
• Provide direct bedside care and document/implement care plans.
• Educate and support patient families.
• Operate and monitor ICU equipment and interpret readings.
• Communicate patient conditions to family members.
