Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU – Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lima, Ohio. This assignment runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week, primarily nights on a 12-hour shift.

Start date is 10/05/2026, and applicants must have an active RN license and ICU experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing or housing allowance, credentialing fee coverage, and health insurance for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and family education and support.
• Ensure functioning of life-support equipment (ventilators, feeding tubes).
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and respiration for distress.
• Administer medications, IVs, and insert catheters as needed.
• Meticulous documentation of medication administration.
• Assist in emergency nursing procedures for rapid condition changes.
• Perform CPR accurately and effectively.
