Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a Registered Nurse to fill a 13-week ICU travel assignment in Waterloo, Iowa. The position requires a compact or IA RN license, BLS/ACLS, and ICU experience in a hospital setting.

You will work 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts (18:45–07:15), with every third weekend required. A COVID-19 vaccination card is requested and references/licensure must be ready before start.

Qualifications

• Active IA or compact RN license.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications preferred.
• License verification via NURSYS dated within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU.
• Night shifts 12 hours, 18:45–07:15.
• 13-week contract with every third weekend required.
• Provide care in high acuity ICU setting.
