Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an urgent ICU Registered Nurse opening in Frederick, MD. The assignment runs 13 weeks with nights and a 3,12-hour schedule, 19:00–07:30, open to 1 opening. Start date 11/18/2026. Meditech charting in a 276-bed acute care facility with 2 night/2 weekend staff ratios.

Requires MD license or compact license and ACLS/BLS; 2 years ICU experience preferred. Pay range $1,983–$2,173 weekly; housing and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Active MD or compact RN license required for Maryland.
• NICU/ICU critical care experience preferred but not required for all spots.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting.
• Monitor and interpret vitals, ABGs, and hemodynamics.
• Administer medications and manage IV lines and drains.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Document care plans and ensure patient safety standards.
