Job summary

American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN for an ICU/ MSICU night shift assignment in Midland, Michigan. The role requires open heart training and an active Michigan RN license, with 2+ years SICU experience and BLS/ACLS certificates.

The position offers 36 hours per week on 12-hour nights, with a 13-week duration and no on-call requirements. Epic EMR experience is preferred and travel nursing experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license is required.
• Two+ years of SICU experience required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required.
• Travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Medical Surgical ICU (MSICU) hospital setting.
• 12-hour night shifts from 6:42 PM to 7:12 AM.
• Three weekend shifts per four-week scheduling period (Fri and Sat).
• No on-call requirements.
• Coordinates with healthcare team for comprehensive patient care.
• Organizes, coordinates, and evaluates all aspects of patient care in collaboration with the team.
• Limited to five days of requested time off.
• Local travelers may complete only one travel assignment.
