Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a Travel ICU RN for a 13-week assignment in Dallas, TX. The ICU RN will provide critical care, monitor patients, operate life-support equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include 1 year of ICU experience, active RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Travel benefits include competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Nights, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Active RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients.
• Administer complex medications and treatments.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document assessments and patient responses in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing training.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
