Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Peru, Illinois. The role requires night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a 13-week assignment with travel benefits.

The ideal candidate will possess an Illinois RN license, ACLS/BLS, and at least 2 years ICU experience, with proficiency in central lines, arterial lines, and bedside bronchoscopy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ICU experience required
• Active Illinois license or status confirmation in process
• ACLS and BLS certifications required (AHA)
• Proficiency with central lines, arterial lines and bedside bronchoscopy

Responsibilities

• Manage ICU patients with critical illness including post-op care
• Perform central line care and arterial line management
• Titrate drips according to protocol and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff to ensure patient safety
