Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel ICU RN for a 13‑week assignment in Hagerstown, MD. The role involves nights, 12-hour shifts, and 36 hours per week, with a chance to work within a dedicated clinical team across high‑acuity ICU patients.

The ICU RN will provide comprehensive critical care, perform life‑saving interventions, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes during travel assignments.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in good standing for state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care standards.
• Operate and manage advanced life support equipment.
• Document care and communicate changes to the team.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes.
