Job summary

Concentric Healthcare Staffing in Smyrna, TN seeks an experienced ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment. Night shifts, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, every other weekend. You will work with a 16-bed ICU, manage ventilators, and support critical care procedures.

Requirements include active RN license, 2+ years ICU experience, BLS/ACLS, and proficiency with GE/Draeger equipment. Travel nurses float with staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• ICU nursing experience (minimum 2 years)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Proficient with ventilator and sedation management
• Experience with GE Monitors, Nova glucometers, Pyxis, Draeger systems
• Ability to float in rotation with staff and travel nurses

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 16-bed ICU setting with a 2:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Manage ventilator settings and sedation protocols for critically ill patients
• Perform medication titration and administer complex pharmacological therapies
• Assist with procedures including tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, and cardioversion
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech system
• Adhere to AIDET and medication teaching standards
