Job summary

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN with ICU experience for a 12-week assignment in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. The unit handles general ICU, stroke, ventilator patients, with 1:2-3 nurse ratios and night shifts.

Start date 10/19/2026, 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights. Travel employment with competitive pay and stipends. The facility is a Level IV Trauma Center with 11-bed ICU and a comprehensive support team.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of ICU experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required.
• Proficient with reading and interpreting strips, ventilator management, chest tubes, tracheostomies, line management, and proning.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a lower acuity ICU with 1:2-3 nurse-to-patient ratios.
• Rotate weekends every other weekend and participate in on-call schedules.
• Float to the Cardiac unit as needed.
