Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience required.
• Valid RN license per state regulations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients in ICU.
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols.
• Operate life-support and advanced monitoring equipment.
• Document patient status and respond to changes with timely communication.
• Educate patients and families about ICU care and recovery expectations.
