Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Myers, FL. The ICU RN will provide comprehensive critical care, monitor unstable patients, operate life-support equipment, administer advanced therapies, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality care.

The role requires one year of ICU RN experience, Florida RN license, and current BLS and ACLS; CCRN or other certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of ICU RN experience.
• Valid RN license in Florida.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to status changes.
• Administer complex medications and operate life-support equipment.
• Document assessments and interventions in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families about ICU treatments and recovery expectations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
