Job summary

Aya Healthcare has an immediate opening for an ICU Registered Nurse in Rio Rancho, NM. The assignment is 13 weeks, with dayshift, 3 12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, and a start date of 10/26/2026. Openings: 1. Pay is $1,822 to $2,041 weekly, with Cerner charting and 64-bed Level 1 acute care facility.

Experience required: 1 year in ICU, NM or Compact license, ACLS and BLS certifications. The employer offers housing options, licensing support, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• NM or Compact license recognized.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care for adult patients.
• Monitor and manage arterial lines, ventilators, and IV drips.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and PPE guidelines.
